There are lots of diets and diet pills that promise quick weight loss and guaranteed results and though some of these options might work at first, many people see the pounds and many more come back within a few months.
If you want to lose weight, be healthier and keep it up you need to follow a simple plan. This plan is not secret or magic, it will not cost you hundreds of dollars and it is guaranteed to work.
This plan is known simply as the Eat Right and Work Out plan. We are not all on the Biggest Loser TV show, we can not work out 8 hours a day and burn 1500 calories a day. We have to do it the way it fits into our schedule.
Based on your weight and height you should be able to figure out how many calories you need to eat a day to maintain your weight. Well, just lower those calories, every 1500 calories you burn is 1lb shed. Start making sure you eat breakfast and 3-4 meals a day. Make sure you drink lots of water, stay away from the soda and the fast food.
And make sure to workout for at least 30 minutes a day. The best thing is the 30 minutes doesn’t have to be all at once. When you go somewhere, park in the furthest spot, take the stairs instead of the elevator, play tennis, swim, go out and walk with your dog and before you know it the pounds will be gone.
